Grounding
These mats are something else. They are different and I love it. The natural fibres feels very grounding. I do put another yoga mat under just because I like a bit of padding but it is a lovely experience to use this mat

If you have any hesitations, just buy this mat! Trust me, it is so worth it! I do a lot of yoga, a lot of travelling and am zero waste so had many boxes to be ticked and this mat ticks them all! Completely biodegradable (the packaging was all recyclable and compostable), light weight, rolls up AND folds up (will easily fit into a backpack), has enough grip for all postures and the mat stays put, comfy enough to meditate on for long periods and is slightly longer than the standard mat which I prefer (you can do a hundred chaturangas and it's still in the same spot). Looks just like a picnic blanket so my partner and I can use it to sit outside on aswell! I was hesitant with the price but am SO happy I bought one. When I'm done this will go back into the earth and I can assure you my next mat will be another De Uria! Amazing!

I LOVE this mat. It is so beautiful and wonderful to practice with. I doubt I’ll ever buy another brand again!
